面板切割用刀輪,具有極佳的耐磨性和刃口鋒利度,常用於須精密切割的液晶玻璃及面板。現今生活中面板的應用甚廣,包含桌上型顯示器、筆記型電腦、液晶電視、車用顯示器、工業用電腦、數位相機、數位攝錄機、手持DVD、掌上遊戲機、手機、電競用面板等,由於不同的面板尺寸,必須用刀輪將面板進行切割。刀輪在面板製造中扮演著不可或缺的角色,切割必有磨耗,刀輪的健康狀況對於面板之切割情況及品質有著顯著的影響,進而導致產線上的成本增加。由於尺寸小,再加上實際架構問題,目前對於刀輪的磨耗壽命判斷大多數是使用感測器分析震動訊號觀測,但只能出檢測刀輪斷齒之異常,對於磨耗方面還是無法準確判斷。因此本研究導入自動化光學檢測(A
utomated Optical Inspection, AOI),並結合AI深度學習的方法,對生產線上的刀輪進行即時檢測。方法乃針對刀輪之輪廓取像為主,經由分析輪廓變化與使用里程相對關係,觀察整體磨耗差異變化,加以預測磨耗走向,判斷刀輪是否需要更換,使生產效率提升。由於是在生產線上進行即時檢測,可以有效減少檢測人力成本、提高檢測正確率,更能充分使用耗材,能有效提高利用率與降低生產成本。
