本研究之模型為二階模型，並包含形成型與反映型指標。本研究透過發放網路問卷的方式蒐集樣本資料，以Facebook問卷社團與直播電商平台(蝦皮、Instagram)作為媒介採用滾雪球抽樣法進行問卷的發放，總共收集505份問卷，其中有438份的有效問卷，無效問卷則有67份，再使用Smart-PLS 3.0進行數據分析，進而探討在直播商務中，社會資本(結構資本、關係資本、認知資本)、沉浸體驗與消費者參與之關聯性。經實證結果顯示，結構資本、關係資本、認知資本對沉浸體驗具有顯著影響，而沉浸體驗對參與有顯著影響。結構資本、關係資本對消費者參與有顯著影響，而認知資本對參與並無顯著影響力。另外，本研究進一步進行
