聯合品牌是一種品牌的策略,不僅是許多企業進入新市場或是推出新產品時所廣泛採用的策略。聯合品牌的商品出現,時常能帶動潮流,為企業在競爭中帶來莫大的利益,但這種政策可能具有風險,如品牌的溢出效應不單單只有正面影響,也會出現負面的影響,因此,本研究以過去研究為基礎,將Uniqlo以及鼎泰豐設定為母品牌,加上聯合品牌,採取2(新聞事件:正面與負面)×3(母品牌A、母品牌B、聯合品牌)實驗設計,並將品牌信任作為操作變數,旨在探討母品牌與聯合品牌的新聞事件是否會因為溢出效應而影響到彼此。 本研究以社群網站使用者為研究對象,總計蒐集222份有效問卷。研究結果顯示,由於溢出效應的影響,在品牌聯盟中,當

溝通,一直都是人們交換意見、訊息的方式,隨著科技業的持續發展,民眾使用智慧型手機的時間逐漸增加,對於資訊傳遞(send)與接收(recieve)的效率要求也更高,訊息的傳遞也不再只有過去的報章雜誌、電話等等的方式,多樣化的訊息傳遞與接收應用在手機上已經是一種趨勢,手機的通訊軟體也應運而生。本研究欲了解態度、服務品質、網路外部性是否與使用者滿意度有影響,而過去的應用在電腦上的即時通訊軟體研究繁多,已趨於成熟,但應用在智慧性手機上的即時通訊軟體還在發展中,通訊軟體LINE在短時間內擁有眾多使用者,因此,引發了本研究進一步探討之動機。研究目的為找出態度、服務品質、直接網路外部性、間接網路外部性是否

對使用者滿意度有影響,進一步探討到人口變數在使用態度、服務品質、直接網路外部性、間接網路外部性的差異。本研究以即時通訊軟體LINE為主要通訊軟體,使用問卷調查法後回收有效問卷173份,經過單因子變異數分析後,發現每個因子間都有影響,之後經多元迴歸分析後發現,態度、服務品質、直接網路外部性、間接網路外部性確實對使用者滿意度有顯著影響,並在此研究中發現,大多使用者為女性年輕族群;學歷大多為大學生;職業則多為學生;居住地多為都市地區。本研究研究結果可提供學術界做為未來探討即時通訊軟體的參考,並提出對後續研究的進一步建議。
