　　近年來，第一人稱攝影機的技術快速的發展與廣泛使用，例如：Google Glasses、GoPro攝影機用於平日記錄生活和旅行歷程，或是運動時的瞬息萬變，因此，我們提出一個簡潔又強大的3D卷積神經網絡架構，目的在於辨識第一人稱影片中，長時間與短時間的活動，活動辨識使我們能夠將無結構性的第一人稱影片整理為有意義的章節，讓我們可以有效率的瀏覽長時間的影片，立即找到我們需要的關鍵片段，目前對於此任務的解決方案大多是基於手部的辨識、物件辨識與光流法的動態資訊。　　我們設計一個較為深層的3D卷積神經網絡架構，以及採用較小的核心遮罩，藉此獲得更詳盡的特徵，使用低解析度稀疏光流法為資料輸入，降低計算複雜

度，不需要大量的訓練時間，也能在有限的訓練資料中找到最佳的模型，能夠同時辨識出攝影機配戴者在影片中所為之長時間與短時間的活動，接著訓練一個2D ensemble-learning meta-classifier，以整合多個模型的便是結果，而辨識的準確率可以達到90%，相較於目前的主流方法，我們提升了15%的精準度。　　然而，我們不僅測試在7個活動的資料集上，也請來21位受測者來錄製第一人稱的活動影片，增加受測者數量以提升資料的多變性，其中包含9個日常活動，有長時間的活動，如：睡覺與看電視，也有短時間的活動，如：吃藥、用手機，利用此一資料集評估我們3D卷積神經網絡模型的能力，我們找到了同時分辨長
