2019年底中國湖北省首次出現COVID-19案例,因COVID-19傳播的速度相當快,造成全球病例數持續攀升,在被感染的確診者迅速暴增的情況下,醫療資源已遠遠超過負荷。深度神經網路是大數據時代最流行的演算法,本研究運用深度神經網路演算法建構一個COVID-19死亡風險預測模型,並使用10折交叉驗證、ROC曲線、PR曲線及混淆矩陣等指標來做比較,呈現深度神經網路(DNN)演算法之優勢。再利用特徵篩選的方式來過濾特徵,並比較特徵篩選前後之模型效能。本研究實驗發現,深度神經網路(DNN)擁有非常好的預測效能,在評量指標方面,Accuracy(91.31%), TPR(97.47%), F-Mea

sure(91.81%)及PRC面積(92.75%)皆優於Pourhomayoun & Shakibi (2021)學者所提出的人工神經網路(NN);在以國家分組的模型中也能發現,DNN模型效能明顯優於NN。本研究還使用特徵篩選方式,減少訓練模型所需的特徵數,且模型效能並未有所降低,減少了模型訓練的時間及電腦軟硬體的耗能。本研究期望能幫助醫院或醫療機構在醫療資源缺乏時,將病患進行分類,並幫助醫生預測患者的死亡率,進而讓高風險病患能優先使用醫療資源,避免重症患者因醫療資源缺乏而延誤就醫,也使醫療資源利用最大化。

泰國能源監管委員會制定了可再生和替代能源發展計劃,目標是在 10 年內(2012 – 2021 年)將化石燃料消耗量減少 25%。 為了實現目標,泰國每年需要生產約 8,400 MW 的電力,可通過 21,760,000 噸生質物來穩定獲得所需電力,其中生質物中的大部分可來自狼尾草。泰國考察了多年生草的生質能生產潛力後,“Pak Chong 1”狼尾草被認為是最具潛力的。因此本研究嘗試以狼尾草為料源用於生物氫與甲烷生產生質能, 本研究分為三個部分。第一部分是以德國VDI 4630標準方法測試狼尾草用於沼氣生產潛力的可行性。第二部分是利用單階段連續攪拌罐反應器測試狼尾草的沼氣和甲烷生產,其中狼

尾草以0.5 及 1.0 kg VS/m3-day的有機負荷量加入反應器,溫度控制在中溫條件38°C,研究包括 pH 值、VFAs 和甲烷產率之間的關係。第三部分是使用連續攪拌槽反應器在兩階段研究狼尾草的生物氫氣和生物甲烷生產。 狼尾草以 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 kg VS/m3-day 的有機負荷量加入反應器。 分析出流液的COD、VFAs、產氫速率、氫氣產率、產甲烷速率及甲烷產率。實驗結果顯示,厭氧消化在單階段和兩階段連續系統中均成功運行,狼尾草在30天內以批次產沼氣量為523.0 mL/g VS。在單階段連續厭氧系統的實驗中,有機負荷量OLR分別為0.5和1.0 kg VS/m

3-d的條件下,產甲烷速率MPR分別為0.14±0.01和0.25±0.01 L/L-d。在同樣0.5和1.0 kg VS/m3-d有基負荷量的條件下實驗,兩階段連續厭氧系統的產甲烷速率則分別為0.19 L/L-d 和0.30 L/L-d,產甲烷速率在兩階段連續厭氧系統比單階段連續厭氧系統分別提高35.71和20.00%,根據此研究結果,兩階段生質沼氣系統比單階段能源回收效率更高,未來商業化發展更具潛力。
