本研究探討影響汽機車紅燈違規右轉之因素,研究範圍於台南市選取五個十字路口(六個紅燈右轉行向),以及三個丁字路口;實驗設計篩選了17項變數,包括路口設施、道路現況、駕駛人因素三大面向,以實地錄影方式蒐集各路口車流量、紅燈右轉行為等資料。主要分析方式使用多元迴歸分析、t檢定與one-way AVOVA。研究結果顯示影響機車紅燈違規右轉因素為路口類型、平日假日、橫向機車通過量、橫向汽車通過量、待轉車數、停等紅燈機車、停等紅燈汽車、紅燈週期比、行駛道路與轉進入道路之車道數、停止線至路口距離,共計10項。影響汽車紅燈違規右轉因素為路口類型、平日假日、橫向機車通過量、停等紅燈機車、停等紅燈汽車、紅燈週期
