聲音訊號分類可以應用於如車輛等機械系統之故障診斷上。傳統的聲音分類技術主要是利用訊號之時頻域特性做為辨識的基礎,而本研究則提出一種將聲音訊號視覺化的技術,並搭配人工類神經網路做為訊號分類的基礎。此一特徵擷取方法,主要是利用Pickover [1]所提出之一種將時間域訊號轉換成座標對稱點圖的原理,並透過訊號轉換以雪花瓣狀圖之方式呈現。為驗證此一方法對不同噪音特徵訊號分類之可行性,實驗工作分成兩大部分,包括傳統引擎車輛的噪音與電動馬達噪音的辨識。在聲音量測中,首先利用麥克風與資料擷取系統量測不同車輛於相同運轉條件下之噪音及不同之電動馬達之運轉噪音,並將時間域的噪音訊號轉換為聲學對稱點圖及建立聲學

市面上所販售的近吸式或倒T型環吸式抽油煙機,皆採用雙吸離心前傾多翼式風機,在本實驗室最近幾年的研究中發現,其實測排風性能遠低於標示值。鑑於同軸管道風機近幾年在通風系統中,有取代離心式風機的趨勢。若應用在抽油煙機,因其進出風口方向相同,風阻較小,流場較為順暢,可大幅提升排煙效率,且較不易堆積油垢。故本研究擬開發出適用於抽油煙機的高效率同軸管道風機以改善其排煙性能。本研究先購入一部市售倒T型環吸式抽油煙機作為參照件,以其圍住內部雙吸離心前傾多翼式風機空間328×330×468 mm(寬深高)為尺寸限制條件,利用專業風機設計軟體,以最大風量22~24 CMM,最大靜壓900~1100 Pa為目標,

設計出IL-Model(1)及IL-Model(2)兩型高效率同軸管道風機,接著利用CFD套裝軟體Fluent分析風機內部流場與性能,結果顯示最高全壓效率分別可達65.37 %及61.31 %。因所開發風機的葉片屬斜流式,具三維幾何結構,本研究採3D列印技術製作,避開複雜且昂貴的傳統加工方式。為了驗證所開發風機性能的提升效果,本研究取出參照件內部之雙吸離心前傾多翼式風機,以通過TAF認證的風洞量測得該風機在「高速」運轉條件下的性能。之後再拆下該多翼式風機的驅動馬達(MotorI),依次安裝至風機IL-Model(1)及風機IL-Model(2)中,進行風洞性能測試。結果顯示,比起參照件所使用的

多翼式風機,本研究所開發的兩型風機最大風量分別提升了36.45 %與26.29 %,最大靜壓則分別提升了33.04 %與38.30 %。本文再選購一顆動力較高的馬達(MotorII)以取代MotorI,改善IL-Model(2)在高風量軸動力不足的問題。比起參照件所使用的多翼式風機,經測試後最大風量增加百分比從26.29 %再提升至36.51%,最大靜壓增加百分比從38.30 %再提升至50.57 %。改善軸動力後的IL-Model(2)風機,搭配一米長PVC 排煙風管(含彎頭)後。實際風量可達18.57 CMM,最大靜壓可達1028.18 Pa。若PVC風管進口再附上參照件所使用之塑膠濾網,

實際風量亦可達17.69 CMM,最大靜壓可達1020.11 Pa。除了風機以外,本文也針對風罩進行了改良,本文建構了風罩I、風罩II及風罩III共11種組合配對,利用套裝軟體Fluent,在相同的環境條件進行了流場分析。結果顯示風罩II搭配雙環吸板具最佳排煙效果,烹飪者呼吸帶油煙平均濃度可低至2.13 %。與風罩I搭配單環吸板(參照件環吸板結構)的3.27 %濃度相比,改善了34.86 %。本文也透過質點影像測速儀(PIV)設備,觀察同軸管道風機IL-Model(2),搭配風罩I(單環吸板)及以木板製作的風罩II(雙環吸板)所構成的抽油煙機實際應用時,油煙流動方向及分佈情形。從結果得知,在相

同風機運轉下,風罩II(雙環吸板)可以更有效的排除油煙濃度。
