職業災害牽涉相當廣泛,一向是需要關注的議題。職業災害不僅只是工人個人的傷亡,也牽涉到家庭問題、公司商譽,甚至是國家人力資源等問題。由於營建業具有高空作業、多層承包商以及工項繁瑣等特點,相較於其他行業,作業安全與管理較複雜且難以落實。每年我國營造業工人在工作中傷亡的發生率就占了全產業職業災害總件數的一半以上。國家雖然已針對此議題採取「勤查重罰」策略,但仍然無法穩定減少每年職業災害受傷的人數。根據勞動部數據顯示,營建業重大職業災害類型中發生人員墜落、滾落的死亡數據高於其他災害類型許多,而其發生災害模式也大都相似,多為工地安全措施未徹底落實或人員在不知情下使用了鬆脫的防護裝置,引發墜落、遭物體飛落

撞擊等傷亡案件。本研究彙整相關議題並與現場工程師討論,建置一套簡易之防護裝置鬆脫預警通報系統,使勞安人員能在威脅發生前注意到防護裝置鬆脫的狀態,提早做好預防,避免災害發生。本系統結合藍牙、單晶片微控制器Arduino、軟體應用程式(mobile application, App) 等資訊技術,利用藍牙傳遞Arduino偵測到防護裝置鬆脫狀態,透過傳輸伺服器及APP程式,以手機簡訊警示勞工安全管理人員。

近年來陸續有許多大尺寸的鋼骨鋼筋混凝土(Steel Reinforced Concrete,SRC)柱之試驗結果出現,證實SRC柱具備優良的抗壓強度與韌性,且SRC柱中之鋼骨可以對其所包覆之混凝土發揮良好的圍束效應。然而,由於SRC構造設計之參數較為複雜,若要逐一進行軸壓試驗來探討各設計參數對軸壓行為之影響,則勢必需要耗費龐大的人力、時間及金錢,且由於試驗設備及場地等限制,常常僅能針對一部份設計參數進行試驗,而無法作較為詳細的探討。 為了有效運用資源並節省人力、時間及金錢,本研究針對SRC短柱之「軸壓行為」與「圍束效應」進行數值模擬分析。根據文獻調查顯示,ANSYS為一功能強大的有限元

素分析軟體,其在鋼結構及RC結構之分析應用上已有相當之成果,故本研究乃採用ANSYS軟體作為數值模擬分析之工具。 本研究運用ANSYS軟體建立SRC短柱受軸壓作用之分析模型,並與一系列SRC短柱之試驗結果互相比對驗證。最後針對SRC柱之「圍束箍筋需求量」進行深入探討,經由分析證實SRC柱內之鋼骨翼板確實能夠對其所包覆之混凝土發揮圍束貢獻,大約可額外提升20%至33%的混凝土抗壓強度。本研究並提出一套新的SRC柱圍束箍筋需求量之計算公式,以提供學術界與工程界參考。
