旋轉式吹瓶機為產能較高之機種,對於工件傳送位置要求是重要的,依位置需求不同而傳送工件之裝置可由不同的連桿機構與凸輪機構組合而成。本研究目的是合成吹瓶機夾爪機構之位置。因此,本論文探討不同旋轉式吹瓶機之夾爪機構設計與機構簡圖,以圖解之尺寸合成方法為基礎分別使用倒置法與相對極法進行夾爪機構之兩個位置與三個位置的尺寸合成。研究過程發現兩個位置倒置合成法較易得到夾爪中心位置,因此再依桿件尺寸限制得出滾子位置,然後設計凸輪區間,以擺線運動曲線合成凸輪輪廓,最後3D繪圖軟體建模。 本研究成果是使用圖解之尺寸合成之法求得夾爪之中心位置並且設計一旋轉式吹瓶機凸輪連桿機構之凸輪輪廓,最後以3D建模驗證本研究
