本研究運用PRECEDE模式探討影響臺南地區一般民眾洗手行為之多重因素，分析結果顯示臺南地區民眾於傾向因素中，得分率最高為洗手態度90.33%，最低為洗手知識56.19%。洗手行為表現分析結果顯示，經常洗手時機為使用廁所後洗手，易忽略洗手時機為嚼口香或使用牙籤後，經常沒洗手的原因為洗手設備不足 ( p < 0.05 )。Pearson’s相關係數分析結果顯示，洗手行為與傾向因素 (洗手態度、洗手信念)、使能因素 (洗手設備、洗手規範)、增強因素 (親人、同事與朋友的支持以及親人、同事與朋友的回饋)，呈現顯著性相關 ( p < 0.05 )。本研究依據上述分析結果，將PRECEDE模式架構中得

分率較差之各變項因素，與逐步迴歸分析中影響臺南地區民眾洗手行為具顯著相關之變項 (洗手態度、洗手信念及洗手設備等)，作為本研究洗手教育宣導之重點。洗手觀念後測問卷分析結果顯示，受試人員經洗手教育宣導後，洗手知識、洗手態度及洗手信念得分率皆有提升；從受試人員洗手行為檢測觀察與記錄表顯示，內外夾弓大立完等步驟中，各項步驟皆完成的達成率僅有47.2%；手部菌量檢測的研究結果顯示，有62.1% 受試人員洗手後手中菌量有降低的現象，但仍有37.9% 沒有降低，以Pearson’s相關係數分析結果顯示，菌量檢測結果與洗手時間呈現顯著性相關 ( p < 0.05 )，進一步以交叉資料表分析兩者的關聯性，結果
